Die Forschungsleiterin bei der US-amerikanischen Unternehmensberatung Common Sense Advisory und der durch seinen Computer-Newsletter für Übersetzer bekannte deutsche Übersetzer und Technikexperte möchten der breiten Öffentlichkeit mit diesem Buch verdeutlichen, wo überall Übersetzungen zu finden sind und welche erheblichen Auswirkungen Übersetzungs- und Dolmetschleistungen auf jeden Menschen haben.
